Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) Commissioner Greg Dozier today announced his appointment of Rosemary Selby as Oconee Fall Line Technical College's (OFTC) Interim President following the retirement of President Erica Harden.

Selby has served as OFTC's Vice President of Administrative Services for the past 22 years and has dedicated nearly 30 years of service to the college. Throughout her career, she has held several key leadership positions, including Accounting Manager and Director of Accounting, helping guide the institution through significant growth and transformation.

"Rosemary's leadership experience, institutional knowledge, and unwavering commitment to Oconee Fall Line Technical College make her the right person to lead the college during this transition," said TCSG Commissioner Greg Dozier. "President Erica Harden has made a lasting impact on OFTC through her dedication to student success, workforce development, and the communities the college serves. I am confident Rosemary will build upon that strong foundation while continuing to expand opportunities for students and employers across the region."

During her tenure, Selby has provided steady leadership through the merger that created Oconee Fall Line Technical College, periods of significant enrollment growth, and the college's continued financial strength. Her dedication, strategic vision, and commitment to fiscal stewardship have played an instrumental role in the college's long-term stability and success.

A native of Washington County, Selby holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia College & State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia.

Selby assumes the role of Interim President upon the retirement of President Erica Harden on August 1, 2026.
