Colony Bank Names New Senior VP, Director of Loan Operations

Colony Bank today announced that Laurie Senn has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Director of Loan Operations, allowing Danette Musgrove the opportunity to move to a position within the Company’s internal audit department. Senn will report to Kimberly Dockery, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer.
Senn has more than 18 years of banking experience, having served most recently as Executive Vice President at Albany-based Members United Credit Union, where she managed all bank operations, including the loan department. Other prior banking positions include serving as CRA Officer/Operations/Compliance with AB&T, as well as serving as Albany CDP Coordinator at Renasant Bank and Assistant Loan Operations Manager for HeritageBank of the South, prior to its acquisition by Renasant Bank. Senn has an Associate of Art degree from Darton State College, attended Georgia Southwestern State University and is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Lee. She is a native of Albany and very active in her community, including serving as a coach for YMCA Soccer and volunteering at the Ballet Theatre South. Senn and her husband, Brandon, attend St. Teresa’s Catholic Church and have two children.

Musgrove joined Colony Bank as a loan operations clerk/processor in 1986 and quickly advanced through positions of increased responsibility, including Branch Manager, Loan Operations Manager/Compliance Officer, Assistant Controller and, most recently, Director of Loan Operations. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Valdosta State University and recently passed her Certified Public Accountant exam. Musgrove has three children and one grandson and enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family and pets.
